Huge congratulations to Thais Sasso Lopes for being awarded the Ecological Society of Australia's Student Research Grant valued at $1,440!
Thais plans to use the funds to perform critical pilot surveys for her amphibian chytridiomycosis study investigating community and landscape-level drivers of population recovery of Fleay's barred frog (Mixophyes fleayi) across its distributional range. She will combine an occupancy survey and modelling approach with environmental DNA sampling.
